Salumi Tassoni was born because our family loves three things: Food, traditions and sharing it all with the people we love.
Our annual tradition of curing meats has been a part of our family's culture and history. After popular demand, and the support of family and friends, we decided to take our annual salumi tradition, to the streets. We’re the new generation that prides ourselves on our southern Italian roots, keeping our culinary traditions all while raising the grazing standard.
